When you join my school, I only have one wish for you: to help improve your health, energy, and mobility. I see myself not just as a tai chi teacher, but as a mind-body movement instructor. Using traditional postures and exercises from qigong and three different styles of tai chi, plus progressive ideas learned from leaders in the field of fitness and movement, I'm looking to help you live in your body with ease and imagination, and face the outside world with serenity and joy.
